I have encountered too much this week. My entire life is in transition, always had and will always be, but am I happy? I cannot be too sure about this.
As I plug in my iPod this morning, the songs are familiar but the feeling is different. The meaning of the songs have some what changed. There is a certain sadness it brings.
Sadness that I left home.
Sadness that I didn't reconcile with my sister before I left.
Sadness that I left my love one.
Sadness that I left my best friends behind.
Sadness that I left my dog behind.
Sadness that I may lose someone I love during this period when I am gone.
Sadness that I will miss those fun moments.
I opened up my Facebook profile and read through my past. Facebook is like my history book. It reads my emotion, my outlook and my state at that point of time. It seems time has gone by too fast. I could have sworn that I had just broken my Dad's vase at age 9 or singing in the car with my sisters at age 5.
Memories. How do we keep them without feeling the emotions that may affect how we are today? As we stop to look back into our past, the earth continues spinning. We cannot stop this continual change in life. I can't and I think no one can. We are evolving each day and hopefully for the better.
I tend to dwell and be boiled down by the miseries and my actions that result into some form of displeasure, and yes, I get really affected. I feel like my feet is in some form of quicksand and I can't move on. People, trust me, from someone who lives, breathe, eat, drink drama, leave everything behind and move on. Its not that people will forget what you've done, its more for yourself, don't repeat it and get on with life already. As contridicting as I sound, I am doing my best to move with time.
I am back here in Perth where I've stayed for 2 years. Everything seems familiar but a different feeling. Back then, I was outside looking in, today, I am looking out from the inside. Yes, things have changed and so did I.
Good Day Mate!

You Got Balls? You Need to Watch Balls
I frown upon people whose life revolves around soccer. Not because I do not like the sport, actually I do not appreciate it, but the behaviour of soccer fans are appalling beyond the depth of hell.
I was once asked whether I was going stake out at any watering holes to catch whatever country versus whichever country. I bluntly and abruptly intercepted her by saying a firm no. Her face was shocked as though that the only answer she was expecting was a yes, which I can firmly and confidently conclude that manhood can only be expressed by watching soccer. It is like telling the world that I have balls because I watch one being kicked around by another bunch of men. How sad, I must state.
Soccer fans are much of an egotistical bunch of people who thinks that their sport is the only sport that rules the world. Although, there is no denial that sports bring communities together and bridges politics of countries to a harmonious end. On the contrary, soccer brings the devil out of people, which brings me to mention the soccer hooligans in England. If not mistaken, as far as I read, there are more fights than freewill treaties signed with the aid of soccer.
Who are the people making the most din in the middle of the night trying to catch the wee hours EPL match when the rest of the "normal" people are trying to catch much appreciated sleep? Soccer fans.
Selfish as they may be, they live in a world of denial that soccer is just a cultural facade for men to boost their lack of manhood. Through my close observation, those who consider themselves as obsessed soccer fans are overly compensating for things they lack, like balls to admit that they are not man enough for the society, thus I draw the boundary here between real men who do not need soccer to prove their masculinity and men who are putting on a facade to masquerade their manhood to the rest of real men.
Soccer Fans, please stand up and shout "GOAL" at each other because you scored an insecure place in our society, it reads "Loser Post".

The Price Is Right!!

Have you ever wondered how much you are worth?
I wonder if I am placed on auction, how much will I fetch?
Values. How do we evaluate values? What attributes to the factors of values?
I once stumbled across an essay on a man's acquisition of a real estate, by merely exchanging possessions, and he started from a paper clip. So does this mean that the value of the paper clip equates to the value of a real estate?
How different is a $2 key chain from a $220 Prada key chain? Firstly, they both serve the same function and holds the same number of keys. What elevate the value of a Prada key chain? The quality? Or maybe the name, Prada, that has more value than the key chain itself?
So we understand that value is represented in monetary state, however, if I would to offer you $1 Million for your family heirloom and will destroy it after I purchase it. Will you sell it to me?
If you answer is, no, then we cannot conclude that money represents value.
Sentimental value. There is not a gauge how much there is, but if you are not willing to part with your possession, I would confidently say, you have great sentimental value.
Where am I heading with this entry? I just want to express that everything has its value in this world, be it material or spiritually. I value love but am I able to measure it or even exchange for greater things in life? I doubt anyone would like to purchase it because value is subjective to a person, product and a feeling.
So anyone is willing to part with their house for my beautiful paper clip?

Rekindle Lost Feelings
I last wrote a blog entry a year ago. I shut it down due to conflicting idealism and interest between my readers and I. Now I am back with a vengeance.
Why revive something that has been laid to rest? It is like resurrecting a dead soul, bringing back the history, the many issues, problems and pains. Are memories of the past just all about misery?
We look back at the past to learn from it, to understand it and to strengthen our souls. Thus, I procrastinated for the longest time until now, I would like to document my daily life, almost daily life, to remind myself that, yes, I have been there and done that and this is the time to move on.
Here, this is me. Read me.
